In response to a request made by Hagar Hossam Mostafa Ali Hassan, the top-performing visually impaired student in the literary section of Azhari education, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly directed ICT Minister Amr Talaat to address her need.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has provided the student with a laptop equipped with assistive applications for visually impaired users.
The device was delivered to Hagar’s home in Garwan Village, El Bagour, Menoufia Governorate.
Upon receiving the laptop, Hagar expressed her gratitude for the swift response to her request. She stated that owning a laptop had long been a dream, as it would help her pursue her university studies with confidence. She extended her thanks to the Prime Minister and the ICT Minister for their support.
