Within the framework of completing the measures taken by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) to follow up on the impact of the fire that broke out in Ramsal Ramsal Central, and to ensure mitigating the consequences of the impact on fixed internet services and ensuring the preservation of users’ rights, the NTRA has approved additional compensation for fixed internet users of the affected companies.
The compensation for prepaid fixed internet customers has been approved at 50% of the basic package to be added as an additional package and a discount of 30% of the monthly bill value for invoice customers, as compensation for the period of service impact
