Mr. Ibrahim Sarhan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of e-Finance, stated that all services provided by the company and hosted in its data centers are available to all users nationwide and are operating at full operational efficiency, without being affected by the recent emergency events caused by the Ramses Central fire on Monday.
Sarhan explained that the difficulties experienced by some areas in accessing some e-services are due to temporary disruptions in the internet services of telecommunications companies and are being restored as soon as possible, stressing that the platforms themselves are fully functional.
Sarhan added:
> “In order to ensure that we continue to provide services without interruption, we urge our valued users that if they have difficulty accessing any of our services, please try using a SIM card from another company temporarily, until the local internet networks are fully stabilized.”
Sarhan stressed that the Egyptian government’s digital financial network, with all its systems, is working efficiently, in addition to all the important sectors that we provide our services to, including agriculture, tourism, transportation, petroleum, and the Takaful and Karama cash subsidy programs
Sarhan reiterated e-Finance’s commitment to monitor the status of the digital networks in coordination with all government agencies and various sectors to ensure that the operational work is conducted in a normal and safe manner.
