Top Qodwa-Tech Graduates Share Expertise in Peer-Led Sessions

by Ahmed Hassaan

As part of the Qodwa-Tech initiative for women’s empowerment, two online meetings were held on June 23 and 30, bringing together several distinguished women who had been recognized as top achievers of the year.

The first meeting featured a session on using Photoroom to edit image backgrounds easily and professionally, delivered by a jewelry designer who previously took part in the initiative. The second meeting focused on sustainable leadership and how small businesses can adopt simple, eco-friendly practices. It was led by a former participant who founded a commerce and export company.

These meetings are part of Qodwa-Tech’s ongoing efforts to support women entrepreneurs and small business owners. Over the past six years, nearly 75 women have received the ‘top achiever of the year’ recognition. The sessions aim to promote the exchange of technological and commercial expertise among members of the Qodwa-Tech community, helping enhance their skills in digital marketing, e-commerce, and the use of AI. This contributes to preparing them for digital transformation and enabling them to expand their businesses and improve their standard of living
