Licenses for Managing and Operating Citizen Service Centers

by Ahmed Hassaan

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is accepting applications for the first phase of granting licenses to manage and operate citizen service centers, on behalf of and in the interest of citizens. The call also includes permits to work as service representatives within licensed centers for the 2025/2026 cycle. This initiative reflects MCIT’s ongoing efforts to ensure citizens have better access to fast, secure, and high-quality government services.

Applications are received from 6 to 31 July at MCIT’s headquarters in Smart Village, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., except on public holidays.
