The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has signed a cooperation agreement with Odoo, a global leader in open-source enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, to offer specialized training programs that equip trainees with the latest tools for enterprise management using the Odoo platform. The goal is to enhance their employability in both local and regional job markets.
This partnership reflects ongoing efforts to create new opportunities for training and employment, empowering Egyptian youth with future-ready digital skills. It supports the broader national vision of developing a qualified digital workforce aligned with the demands of the labor market and Egypt’s digital transformation goals.
The agreement marks a strategic step toward adopting advanced ERP technologies and strengthening collaboration between academia, the tech sector, and private industry. It also aims to build a new generation of developers and consultants specializing in Odoo’s ERP solutions—one of the world’s most widely adopted and advanced platforms.
Established in 1983, NTI is a training arm of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).
