These activities are part of the Ministry’s strategy for advancing human development and driving digital transformation within society. The training aligns with the cooperation agreement signed by MCIT and Qena, aiming to build digital capacities among youth and attain sustainable community development for citizens across the governorate’s districts and villages through innovative ICT solutions and applications.

A foundational entrepreneurship training course is carried out to empower and equip youth with the essential skills required to thrive in the freelance job market, within the framework of the Tawar w Ghayar (Change and Develop) initiative, implemented in collaboration with Microsoft.
To facilitate and promote e-learning while boosting its industry, a training program in creating engaging and interactive e-learning courses with Articulate Storyline 3 is carried out. The aim is to create more job opportunities within this industry.
Other activities feature a session on the role of e-learning in assisting teachers in designing and managing e-content and creating engaging digital lessons. This will help enhance the educational experience for both students and teachers.
Furthermore, an awareness session is held, exploring the risks associated with climate change and addressing their challenges using ICT solutions, as part of ongoing efforts to promote sustainable green recovery among individuals.
